My 1st Horse Painting

Originally named “Indian Ponies,” it was in no way meant to be offensive. I have always honored and loved our indigenous people. Their spirit is amazing. Thus, my first horse painting was inspired by their spirit. This painting is home in Colorado.

Color has always been a part of my painting. Bright colors are where life is formed. For those of you who follow or know me, color is the cornerstone of my artwork. So, I thought I’d share this early horse painting. I love its simplicity!
